We are only open Saturdays from 11am - 5pm. Our menu changes slightly from week to week but we will post any changes. Every Saturday will feature Brisket and Pulled Pork.

All of our Meats are slowly smoked over a natural wood or charcoal fire. We use local cherry wood from South Jersey that gives succulent smoky notes to every entree. Our brioche rolls are baked fresh by a local bakery, and our cheese curds come fresh from PA dairy farm and our fried in peanut oil.
