
We are now offering smoked turkey as a sandwich, Turkey O'Mac, or a Meat Only option. We take a brined turkey breast, slather it with a mayo binder and then season it with garlic, black pepper, and red pepper. After smoking, we let it rest in a coating of butter before sending it out to make your sandwich or O'Mac. Come in and try it this weekend!
Our famous half chickens are bbq’ed over a traditional charcoal pit. We spray them throughout the cook with a vinegar/butter spray. We then finish them off with our signature dry rub and red sauce. Come in and try it this weekend!
