
Our famous half chickens are bbq’ed over a traditional charcoal pit. We spray them throughout the cook with a vinegar/butter spray. We then finish them off with our signature dry rub and red sauce. Do you enjoy chicken? Stop by the last Saturday of any month!
We are now offering smoked turkey as a sandwich, Turkey O'Mac, or a Meat Only option. We take a brined turkey breast, slather it with a mayo binder and then season it with garlic, black pepper, and red pepper. After smoking, we let it rest in a coating of butter before sending it out to make your sandwich or O'Mac. Come in and try it this weekend!
