We will smoke these FRESH never frozen Turkeys and then chill them down in a oven ready / covered pan.

You pick up your turkey on the Monday before Thanksgiving and pop it in the oven Thanksgiving day for a succellent smoked dinner experience.

Pickup the Turkey in a covered Pan

Please plan to pickup your Turkey anytime on Monday Nov. 23 at our Food Truck location.

Pop the Turkey in your oven

Place your covered turkey (dish provided) into the oven. Add 1 cup of chicken broth & 1 stick of butter in the bottom of pan. Turn oven to 250 degrees. for 3hrs or till internal temp hits 165 degrees.
